itK Publish

Data Deletion

Effective May 12, 2026

A Customer can ask us to delete the data itK Publish holds about their organization — drafts, scheduled posts, publishing history, media references, and the OAuth tokens for any connected accounts. There are two ways to do this. Pick whichever is more convenient.

See our Privacy Policy for the full description of what we store and why.

1

Email us a deletion request

Send an email to service@kennethjackson.tech with the subject Data Deletion Request from the email address associated with the Customer’s account. Include the name of the organization you want deleted.

We will confirm the request, delete the organization’s data (drafts, scheduled posts, OAuth tokens, media references), and reply with confirmation. Requests are processed within 30 days, typically much sooner.

Operational audit logs of past publishing activity are kept for up to 90 days after deletion for incident review, then purged.

Self-service: revoke our access

You can also remove itK Publish from your connected accounts directly, without contacting us. Once access is revoked, Publish cannot publish to or read from those accounts.

Facebook & Instagram (Meta):

  1. Open Meta Business Manager → Settings.
  2. Go to Apps and Integrations (or Integrations Business Integrations).
  3. Find Gonzo Social (our connected app) and click Remove.

Google (YouTube + Business Profile):

  1. Open Google Account → Third-party apps with account access.
  2. Find Gonzo Social (our connected app) and click Remove Access.

Revoking access prevents future publishing, but data we already stored stays in our systems until you also email us using the process above.
