itK Publish

itK Publish is a content-management dashboard that helps small business owners publish daily content to their own Facebook Pages and Instagram Business accounts. Each business connects their existing accounts, drafts and approves posts in a shared calendar, and our system publishes those posts at the times they choose.

   Connect

   A business owner connects their Facebook Page and Instagram Business account via Facebook Login.

   Draft

   They draft posts in a unified calendar — image, caption, optional blog body — with previews of how each post will render on each channel.

   Approve

   They review and approve each scheduled post before anything publishes.

   Publish

   At the time they chose, our system publishes the approved post to their Facebook Page and Instagram Business account.

We use only the Meta permissions necessary to publish content the Customer has authored and approved:

• pages_show_list— discover the Pages a Customer manages
• pages_read_engagement— read Page metadata for the dashboard
• pages_manage_posts— publish approved posts to the Page
• instagram_basic— identify the linked Instagram Business account
• instagram_content_publish— publish approved posts to Instagram

We do not collect data about a Customer’s followers or audience.
